We're still more than a year away from the 2016 presidential election, but early polls say that GOP candidate Donald Trump is ahead, and that U.S. Senator Bernie Sanders has a fighting chance against Hillary Clinton.
But do the polls tell the whole story? As it turns out, most of these early numbers are not only misleading, they're often false.
